Return and Exchange Policy
We offer a 10-day return and exchange policy. For damaged or incorrect items, you must request a return within 24 hours of receiving the product. For all other returns or exchanges, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. Please note, returns and replacements are not possible for international orders.
Return Eligibility: To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
No Refunds Policy: We do not offer refunds, as we work directly with artisans, and your payment goes directly to them. We are a platform representing their craft. In exceptional or sensitive cases, we may offer a refund. Otherwise, we are happy to assist with exchanges or provide store credit within 10 days after delivery. Please understand that we deal in exclusive, premium, and high-value handloom products, which cannot be made readily available to everyone.
How to Initiate a Return: Email us at info@amounee.com to begin the return process. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and arrange for pickup. Please note that there is a ₹100 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from the store credit or exchange value. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Please note that we do not offer return and exchange pickup services for international orders. International orders are shipped centrally from Amounee's warehouse in Ahmedabad after a stringent quality check, which helps eliminate any quality or product-related issues.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you find any defects, damage, or incorrect items, contact us immediately for resolution. To help us process your claim efficiently, please record a video while unpacking the parcel. Start by showing the entire sealed package, then proceed to unpack and inspect the product in the same recording.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Sarees that have been roll-pressed or serviced with fall and pico, and all fabric yardage, are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges: For faster service, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item. Please note that once an item has been exchanged, it will no longer be eligible for further exchange or return.
Refunds: Refunds are only issued for defective or incorrect products in sensitive cases. Items purchased at a discount are not eligible for refunds. If a defect is found, a credit note will be issued. After inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 24 hours. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
