We offer a 10-day return and exchange policy. Please note that requests for returns due to damage or incorrect products must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item. For all other returns or exchanges, please contact us within 10 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility:
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Contact us at info@amounee.com. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label, and the product will be picked up. Please ensure that returns are requested before sending items back, as returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if you find any defects, damage, or incorrect items, so we can address the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Sarees that have been roll-pressed or serviced with fall pico, as well as all types of fabrics or yardage, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges:
For the fastest resolution, return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item you wish to receive.

Refunds:
Please note that products purchased at a discount are not eligible for refunds. If a defect is found, a credit note will be issued. Refunds are only available for defective or incorrect products. After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 24 hours. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
