Shipping policy
As we are a digital marketplace for rural Indian handloom and handicraft weavers and artisans, the products are shipped from rural places of our Country (India), Thus might take some time.
We usually dispatch the products with in 10 days of order received.
For pre paid services we have one-day delivery service for States Maharastra, Karnataka, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Delhi.
For all other states, it takes 2-3 working days except North East.
COD orders take an average of 5-7 working days to be delivered from the day of dispatch.
